Microsoft recruits 160 positions for Irish branch

Microsoft has been developing business in Ireland for 30 years. The Irish branch becomes the important component of Microsoft business.

The Irish Times reported that the Irish Microsoft headquarter is recruiting 160 positions, including 100 full-time experts and 60 interns. It will further enlarge the Microsoft business in Ireland, attract more European talents in order to march into European Market. So far, Microsoft has a total employees of 1,200 in Dublin, Ireland.

The new positions involve in all kinds of aspect, such as consumer service, technological process, software engineer, data analyst, project manager, financial expert and so on.

The Irish chef Cathriona Hallahan claimed in a statement of Irish Times that the firm wishes to attract more new talented persons. For instance, it needs the creative thinkers who has growth mindset. They must have great passion with technical innovation, focus on clients’ need, acclimatize themselves to fast path and dynamic working environment.

The new recruited employees should be with diversity and competent abilities. Microsoft would like to recruit those engineers who are competent with working among Windows, Office, Dynamics and Azure sections.

In additional to this, Microsoft starts building the new campus which locates in Dublin, Ireland. The area of Dublin campus comes with 370,000 square foot, including 7.4 acre of office buildings. The expense for this new campus is estimated at $152 million.
