Facebook has great ambition for its own chatting application Messenger. Nowadays, Facebook no longer consider Messenger as an App instead of a platform. The enterprises can develop their business on this platform.

Facebook’s platform supervisor, Julien Codornious claimed in an interview: ” we feel we have just completed 1% of Messenger’s development in our group. We are confident that Messenger will help some enterprises to establish business relationship on this platform. We are now working for this goal.”

In other words, Messenger will be a customized program for purposes in view of Facebook’s ambition in the future.

Facebook wishes the retailers make use of Messenger to communicate with their clients instead of using their own retailed website to do business. It will update some services on its platform, hoping the users to book air tickets, search near-by restaurants and share amazing events with friends on Messenger. There are also other service sections waiting for your exploitation besides communicating with friends on Messenger.

Those services were discussed openly. Chief of Messenger application, David Marcus claims that Facebook just made the first step among those series of plans.

Benedict Evans said Facebook is hoping to have Messenge developed into a common and notified platform.

Facebook has 1.4 billion users and 700 million people use Messenger. If its ambition comes true, it will make a great impact on Apple iOS and Google Android mobile platforms. The publishers and users have more options to use the mobile platforms. You might be able to use any mobile devices to call, chat or apply video chat via Messenger with family and friends.

You might be able to shop or search on Messenger to find your preferred topics, following the example of Google and Amazon business modes. It will tight connect its E business with Messenger by integrating more founctions.
