Apple still under the condition to open the App Store in India due to Indian policy issues. However, Apple pays much attention to the Indian development. One of the reasons is India has a great large poplular, ranking second in the world. Its mobile users came to a large figure as well.

Indian Telecom Regulatory Authority revealed the latest statistics recently, it showed that its mobile users in India reached 1.03 billion by October, 2015. The growth rate was 0.7% in comparison with September, that is, it obtained another 7 million mobile users in a month.

The mobile users of India crossed over American users in 2008. It is the second country that obtained more than one billion mobile users. China obtained one billion mobile users in 2012. According to Japanese medium reports, Panasonic plans to build the electric vehicle battery plantation in China. The total investment capital reached 2.7 billion yuan. It will team up with domestic enterprises to build this plantation which is supposed to start building in 2017.

Panasonic chose Dalian to build the plantation for producing blade vehicle and its auxiliaries of plug-in PHV lithium batteries. Panasonic owns battery plantation for PC computers in China, however, it is first time it builds a plantation of the specialized car battery. Its annual capacity is assumed to offer the batteries for 200,000 full electric vehicles.

According to the 2015 summer prediction by Fuji Keizai Group, the scale of Chinese full electric vehicles and PHEV in 2025 will be 7.5 times than 2015’s, that is, about 650,000 electric vehicles in the market. Such number is beyond the prediction.

The statistics of The China Association of Automotive Manufacturers suggested the capacity of full electric vehicles and PHEV increased by 4.4 times from January to November on the basis of year-on-year figure. The specific capacity is 290,000 vehicles. CAAM claimed that it has potential to increase to 350,000 for all-year statistics in 2015.

LG built its plantation in Nanjing in October. It is now introducing the on-board lithium battery to the car manufacturers. India Times reported that The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) asked for Facebook and its cooperated partner Reliance Communications to stop the Free Basics project, which was called Internet.org in the past.

An Indian officer claimed:” We notified Reliance Communications to stop the Free Basics. According to the related reports it submitted, Reliance stopped offering such service.”

Reliance Communications is the exclusive telecommunications partner for Facebook in India. They offer Free Basics together. Reliance is one of the four telecom operators, it obtained 110 million users by the past June.

 The Free Basics allows users to apply Facebook and Facebook Messenger for free. In the meanwhile, users can access to WikiPedia, BBC news, Bing Search and Dictionary.com.

This service was against by its rivals there. The Free Basics gave special offer to its cooperative operator which violated the Network Neutrality. TRAI doesn’t decide a final agreement whether the Free Bacis is in accordance with the Net Neutrality.

The Free Basic involves in the agreement whether it allows different Telcom operators make different price due to the contents. Such service is unsuited to go on provided that a common view is made.

Facebook claimed that it will focus on developing the service itself. It won’t restrict the acess of other service providers. Facebook carried out some measures to let developers and other potential partners to join this service easier.

Google launched Google Cloud Shell this October, a function of Google Cloud platform. It helps developers to use the command line to manage base installation and applications.

Google announced that Google Cloud Shell Beta would be freely provided in the whole year of 2015 when it was released. Cloud Shell received a great amount of positive feedback. However, there were also some users reflected the term for free version is too short.

Now Google announced that it extends Cloud Shell’s free version by the end of 2016.

It is reported that IBM sets a goal of next revenue at $1 billion for its Cloud Infrastructure service SoftLayer.

The confirmed source indicated that this yearly revenue of SoftLayer business will reach $700 million -$800 million. It means that the growing rate for SoftLayer business for next year will be increased by 25%.

IBM acquired SoftLayer in 2013. The yearly revenue of SoftLayer was $335 million before the acquisition.
